Teabags
1. Place 1 teabag into a cup, pouring freshly boiled water over it until fully submerged.
2. Brew for 3 - 5 minutes.
3. Tasting a bit too herbal? Add lemon or honey for a tastier twist.
Loose leaf
1. Spoon 1tsp into a cup
2. Pour boiled water over the herbs
3. Brew for 3-5 minutes
4. Strain, and enjoy
For a larger brew, spoon 2-3 tsp to 500ml water. Brew, as above. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
